New acquisitions for the Benincà Group

Benincà Group, a group specialised for more than forty years in the field of automation and access control in the industrial, commercial and residential areas, has announced the acquisition of Seav S.r.l., an Italian company and leader in the production of electronics and software for the home automation market. In particular, Seav S.r.l, located in Osimo (AN), with 23 employees and a revenue of more than EUR 4 million in 2022, half of which was generated in Italy. For more than 40 years, Seav has been designing and developing products and solutions that respond to the needs of many different sectors, from automation for gates, roller shutters, awnings and pergolas to transmitters for kitchen hoods. The acquisition took place through the purchase of 90 per cent of Seav's shares and the ownership of the property This acquisition follows that of Apromix RFID S.r.l last year, demonstrated the willingness of the Benincà group, well established abroad with 11 subsidiaries, to keep investing in the Italian market. “We are back to invest in Italy", says Aldo Benincà, founder and managing director of Automatismi Benincà.
